This is the living, dining and kitchen.
This will give us a dry place to work.
Here the Eagle takes off.
Here is Russ standing in front of the window where the Eagle was sitting. He is on the middle of the low branch.
Amber has always loved sitting on Dave's shoulder ever since she was a pup. She has really been missing him since he is up at the property and hopped up on his shoulder every chance she got.
It's important to make sure all wall are level and straight.
Russell used the air nail gun to put together the North wall.
Dick took a day of vacation to come out and help us.
Dick worked on the ceiling over the garage.
Here are the guys just finishing up the first wall. It's half of the North wall in the garage.
I BBQ'ed for the guys this weekend. It's important to keep your workers well fed. Here is Dave with Cricket.
Guy moved all the I-beams for us since the wood we needed to start with was on the bottom of the pile.
These next three photos are out of order and I'm not sure why. Also, the wall that is lying down was put up after I left the site today.
We check the plans often durring the day.
Our straw silt fence is sprouting a nice lawn.
Dad and Steve keep Dave in line.
This is looking into the garage/shop to the North.
Our plan is to close in the garage with the doors and even the garage doors so we can use that space as a work space. I need to clear tools and benches out of the trailers so I can put our household belongings in there.
The testostrone is quite thick in the air here.
That beam weighs about 600 pounds! Thank goodness for Steve and his tractor.
I just can't figure out how to get these photos in the right order.
